"Return was fine, just took a while"
I ordered a few things from Better Health Market, and one item showed up not quite how I expected it to be, so I ended up needing to return it.
The return itself wasn’t a nightmare or anything. I just had to send a couple emails and wait around longer than I thought for someone to get back to me. Then suddenly I was like, okay, are we doing customer service or sending messages into space?
To be fair, I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out. I just wish the whole thing had been quicker and a little easier to follow. Not terrible, just not especially smooth either.

"My order showed up way later than I..."
My order showed up way later than I expected, and I’m fairly certain they sent the wrong items. I might be missing something, but this definitely doesn’t look like what I ordered.

I reached out to support and they replied quicker than I expected, kind of like when... Anyway, they fixed my issue without any hassle, so I was happy with it.

Look, I’m not saying everything is overpriced, because some things are actually reasonable. But there are definitely items that feel way too high for what they are. I usually just wait for a sale or use a coupon, i don’t think that’s being cheap, it just makes more sense.

"Quick shipping, and they seem reliable"
I’ve ordered from Better Health Market a couple of times now, and so far I’m assuming their shipping is usually fast because both orders showed up right around when they said they would. Everything was packed fine and nothing came damaged, which is always a relief. They’re not always the cheapest option, but if it’s something I don’t want to wait forever for, I’d probably order again. Taking off one star because the tracking feels like it could be a little more clear.

I’ve noticed the selection feels a bit limited lately, and the things I’m usually looking for seem to be out of stock more often than not. Maybe it’s just timing, but it definitely feels like there hasn’t been much available recently.

"Stale order and really disappointing quality"
I was disappointed with this order. The produce showed up stale, and the overall quality was much worse than I expected. I tried to overlook it at first, but after checking everything, it really wasn’t acceptable. I’ll be reaching out to customer service because this needs to be addressed.
"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
The site was simple to use, and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. The only thing is, a couple pages loaded a little slower than I expected—has anyone else had that happen?
